1973 year. - graduated from the Engineering and Physics Faculty of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute". Received the qualification "metallurgical engineer" in the specialty "Physics of Etalov.
1982 year. - defended a candidate's thesis on the topic "Hydrogen in aluminum alloys alloyed with copper, magnesium, manganese and zinc" in the specialty 05.16.01 - Metallurgy and heat treatment.
2005 year. - defended his doctoral thesis on the topic "Scientific and technological principles of strengthening cast aluminum alloys with nitrogen and nitrogen-containing dispersed refractory particles" in the specialty 05.16.04 - Casting production. Has the title of associate professor since 1989.
Since 2006, he has been working at the department of foundry production.
